Option 1 - $300

Looking for a quick and easy way to capture the memories of your event without breaking the bank? This 1 hour event photography package is just what you need! This option is perfect for smaller events, such as intimate gatherings, birthday parties, or even corporate events where you only need a few key shots.

With this package, you'll get one hour of professional photography coverage, giving you plenty of time to get the perfect shots.

Option 2 - $225 Per Hour
2-Hour Minimum*

Want to make sure you capture every single moment of your event? Our "Full Event" photography package is the perfect choice for you! This option is designed for larger events such as corporate events, sporting events, musical performances, and social events, where you want to make sure you don't miss a thing.

With this package, you'll get our hourly rate, but we'll be there to snap pictures for as long as you need us to. Whether it's capturing the first dance, the speeches or the candid moments of your guests having fun, we'll be there to capture it all.

Option 2 - $175 Per Hour

We understand the importance of providing great photos to the community and that's why we strive to capture the true essence of the event, the emotions, the people and their interactions.

At Whatever.Photo, we believe in giving back to the community and that's why we volunteer photography services to a variety of events. Whether it's a community festival, a charity walk, interesting nightlife event, or an environmental cleanup, we're always looking for new and unique opportunities to capture the spirit of the event and help make a difference.

By volunteering, we help the community and also stay connected with the pulse of the community, which helps us to be a better photographer and artist.

We're constantly looking for new and exciting events to be a part of and we're always open to new ideas and suggestions!

Your photos will be delivered to you in a online web gallery, for viewing your images, sharing the gallery with others, and ordering professional prints and other products.

Please expect a wait of 1-2 weeks from the day following the event. I will send the event photos to you digitally, via downloadable link or online gallery.

Express Delivery: If you require your photos as soon as possible, I offer express delivery as an option for an additional 25% fee on top of the event photography services fee.

When booking a photography session with us, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the date and time of the event. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of the session. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the delivery of the final images.

We accept payments through a variety of methods, including credit card, PayPal, and personal check. We also offer a flexible payment plan for clients who would like to spread out the cost of their session over time.

Please note that any additional expenses, such as travel or special equipment, will be discussed and agreed upon before the session takes place and must be paid in full before the final delivery of images.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will do our best to work with our clients in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling. However, we do ask that any changes to the booking be made at least 14 days in advance to avoid any additional fees.

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule your photography session. In the event that you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule, but please note the following guidelines:

1. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

2. If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, a $50 fee will be applied to your new session.

3. If you need to reschedule your session more than once, a $50 fee will be applied to each additional rescheduling.

4. If you need to reschedule your session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full session fee will be charged and a new session will need to be booked.

Assignment Cancellations and Postponements:

Cancellations: Client is responsible for payment of all expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation of the assignment, plus 50 percent of Photographer's fee; however, if notice of cancellation is given less than two (2) business days before the shoot date, Client will be charged 100 percent fee.

Postponements: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Client will be charged a 100 percent fee if postponement of the assignment occurs after photographer has departed for location, and 50 percent fee if postponement occurs before departure to location. Fees for cancellations and postponements will apply irrespective of the reasons for them, specifically including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of “God”, nature, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, and the fault of a third party.
